A UW NetID is required to utilize LEO. A UW NetID is available for all
eligible alumni and former students even if one graduated prior to 1999. |
If you recall your UW NetID you may proceed and register for LEO. If you do not yet have a UW NetID or have forgotten it, you must
sign up for one through the following UW website: (https://uwnetid.washington.edu/newid).

Step 1 Check on Status of previously opened file |
- If you have not used your file for several years, please call 206-543-9104 or email ccsfiles@u.washington.edu to determine if
your file has been archived. If your file has been archived we will need to retrieve it from the
Records Center. There is a fee of $10.00 to re-activate your file.
- Once your file is returned to our office, you will have 1 month to establish your LEO account. If no account has been established within a month, the file will be returned to archives.
